Rabithah Thaliban Aceh (RTA) district of Aceh Barat district government requested immediate action to implement the Muslim fashion on society in the region. This discourse has been thrown by the Regent of Aceh Barat Ramli MS some time ago and should be real in the field. According to the RTA analysis, to apply these rules do not need to wait for the contents regents rules being discussed. Application of Islamic law in Aceh was clearly set out in the Qanun Aceh No. 11 Year 2003 About the Implementation of Sharia in field Aqidah, Ibadah, and Syiar Islam. In this qanun have loaded all clear rules in terms of Islamic dress, including sanctions imposed.
