blackberryCurrently, BlackBerry models is an everyday thing. The mark of the Canadian company Research In Motion (RIM) has become synonymous with the phone for professional use, but the fact is that many ordinary users also choose for the sole comfort of his famous physical keyboard. Few think that this invention would change so drastically the way we communicate in the year 1996 when the company founded by Mike Lazaridis launched the Inter @ ctive Pager, first direct ancestor of the BlackBerry.

It was a simple pager monochromatic, with features such as email, fax and voice to text translation. After several similar models in 2000 launched the BlackBerry 957, a two-way pager that integrated messaging, email, web browsing, calendar and schedule. Its distinctive feature was its 160×160 monochrome display, a revolutionary size at the time.

In 2002, BlackBerry 5810 became the first phone to incorporate brand voice calls, a feature absent so far. It also improved email management.

In 2003, BlackBerry 6210 introduced a more compact size and a marked improvement in the design, usability and feel to the touch. That same year, the BlackBerry 7320 was adapted to the exigencies of the times by incorporating color, through a high-resolution display.

A year later, the series Charm proposed similar functions in a much narrower package and a cheaper price.

In 2005 appeared the BlackBerry 8700, with a clear focus on connectivity (GSM accepted, EDGE and Bluetooth) and major improvements in image quality. A year later, Pearl series adds elegance and multimedia features. There appeared the first models with integrated camera and trackwheel.

Curve line, launched in 2007, improved the performance of the camera and media player. Replaced the trackball trackwheel, later replaced by the trackpad.

Bold’s hit series, begun in 2008, improved the quality of materials and performance of the QWERTY keyboard. The latest models launched under the name Blackberry Torch incorporate a touch screen and sliding keyboard.

You see, over time RIM was adding to their devices a range of services increasing. With free BlackBerry you know this world of possibilities without the constraint of having to choose a particular telephone company.
