Kami Tandzim Al Qoidah Indonesia Wilayah Serambi Makkah dengan ini memberikan penjelasan kepada umat islam yang tercinta bahwa sampai hari ke-10 pengejaran Thogut terhadap kami, kami dapat bertahan melanjutkan jihad meskipun sebagian saudara kami ada yang tertawan dan syahid. Dan dengan ini kami tegaskan kepada umat islam bahwa kami berpegang pada janji kami untuk berjihad melawan Zionis Yahudi, salibis dan Murtaddin sampai Allah tetapkan kemenangan bagi kami atau syahid di jalan Allah biidznillah.

Adapun kepada umat kami yang tercinta kami ingatkan bahwa jihad hari ini hukumnya Fardhu’ain, penundaan terhadap jihad menyebabkan maslahat ketika itu hilang. Oleh karena itu membantu, mendukung, mendo’akan, Infak fii sabilillah dan datang ke medan Jihad adalah keharusan yang tidak ada udzur ketika jihad fardhu’ain.
